- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by NBS Accounting.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in service termination.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees for services will be agreed upon in advance.
- Payments must be made within the specified due date on invoices.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
- NBS Accounting is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- We do not provide legal or tax advice. Clients should seek professional legal or tax consultation for compliance matters.
- Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- NBS Accounting will keep client data confidential and use it only for providing services.
- We implement security measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client violates these terms.
- The client engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Payment obligations are not met.
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any agreed-upon terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
